Page Speed Tester is designed and made for one single purpose - to give you the average download speed of given web page. I made it initially for one specific project – the CMS speed / reliability / performance test framework – for initial testing CMS-based site remote and local speed. The tool will do only one thing for you: will download The Target page as many times as you want and will give you the estimated average speed.
